We currently only sell and ship within the United States.
Each order is custom printed. While fulfillment times can vary, it typically takes between 3-5 business days to print and ship an order. Once the order ships, it can take an additional 3-7 business days for delivery of the print. We allow up to 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for delivery of your print. While our goal is to get your piece delivered quickly, please note the delivery date may shift due to unforeseen circumstances.
It is possible for a print to get lost or misplaced in transit by a courier. If your order is marked as delivered and you did not receive the order, you must file a claim with the courier. The courier may be able to track down the missing package. We are not able to cover or replace prints stolen after they are marked as delivered.
We do offer PO BOX delivery services. FedEx SmartPost, USPS or UPS Mail Innovations will be used for this option.
Each print is made custom to order so we are unable to accept returns or provide replacements for misorders, incorrect sizes or a change of heart. If your print arrives damaged from shipping, you have 30 days from delivery of the print to send us photos of the damage along with details of the damage to contact@southwesternscenery.com and we will send you a replacement of the damaged print free of charge. Please make sure to check your print on arrival so you do not miss the 30 day return window.
